On October 3rd, 2023, we were honoured to host our inaugural Baker Tilly Digital Day 2023, at the Athens Marriott hotel.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The event gathered industry leaders, forward-thinking stakeholders, and tech enthusiasts\u00a0and explored\u00a0the transformative power of technology in shaping our world.<\/p>\n

The day was filled with captivating presentations, insightful discussions, and expert-led panel talks covering AI for Digital Transformation, Digital Trust, and corporate operations, as well as\u00a0Innovation and Data Analytics.<\/p>\n

The event was opened by Mr. Marios A. Klitou, CEO of Baker Tilly South East Europe, who welcomed the participants and underlined the importance of the conference and its agenda for the Greek and international business community.<\/p>\n

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy and\u00a0Openness, Mr. Costas Frangogiannis, and the CEO of Enterprise Greece, Mr. Marinos Yiannopoulos addressed the event and both referred to the importance of adopting new technologies and how technology giants recognized the importance of Greece and proceeded with significant investments in the country.<\/p>\n

Mr. Deepak Upadhyaya, Partner at Baker Tilly Canada, and Mr. Anestis Dimopoulos, Head of Digital & Risk Advisory Services at Baker Tilly South East Europe, analysed the characteristics of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, as well as their applications in digital transformation, cybersecurity and internal operations of each organization (HR, Finance, Supply Chain).<\/p>\n

Three thematic panel discussions were held during the conference, at which industry leaders and experts shared their knowledge and expertise about cybersecurity & digital trust, the ways to collaborate with start-ups to accelerate the adoption of innovative practices, and the application of artificial intelligence in the field of data analytics.<\/p>\n

The event provided valuable presentations and discussions that highlighted the transformative power of digital technologies and their impact on businesses in Greece and beyond.<\/p>\n
