Employees’ leave – Declaration to ERGANI II
As of 12-01-2023, all businesses – employers, who have digitally declared the employees’ working hours, shall declare in the new digital platform of ERGANI II, the vacation days of their employees. The declaration must be made within the first 10 days of the following month. Employers may correct already submitted applications within the same deadline. The first declaration will include the leaves of the month January 2023.
Increase of social security contributions for self-employed
According to a decision of the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, the contributions of the self-employed increased by 9,64% to adjust for the inflation.
According to the decision, the new social security contributions will apply as of January 1,2023 and are scaled across six different classes. The insured individual has the possibility to freely choose the class of contributions.
By the decision of the EFKA administration, the possibility of choosing an insurance category is extended until February 12, 2023.
